About Us

Marine Equipment was started in Oct 1992 essentially to serve the marine tourism industry in South India. The company started manufacturing fiberglass pleasure crafts and became a leading supplier for Govt. Depts, Commercial Organizations, Private Clubs, other Institutions and the general public.

About two year ago, the company started manufacturing diesel outboard engines as there was a demand for such engines especially in the offshore industry. Currently,the company is in the process of developing a 20 HP diesel outboard for commercial application. The product should hit the market soon. Our 10 HP & 13 HP diesel outboard is already in production for commercial application and are getting export orders besides domestic enquiries. We can also supply petrol outboard engine from
4.8 HP to 10 HP.

Marine equipment is a partnership company registered with the Tamil Nadu Govt.
in South India. We have a small team of well qualified service technicians to carry
out the activity we are engaged in. We service what we sell and also undertake
repair to products manufactured by boat builders around the world. We also
undertake service and repair of inflatable boats.
